The Revd Bryce Amner
Born in New Zealand, Bryce moved to Australia in 1992. Bryce is passionate about new and creative ways of worshiping and experiencing God, and is committed to teaching and empowering Christians to share Jesus’ mission. He is married to Sally Cloke, who teaches design theory and is a PhD candidate at the University of Newcastle.
Assistant Priest/Priest in Local Mission
The Revd Barbara Bagley
Born in Canada, Barbara moved to Australia with her late husband David, working as a physiotherapist in the area of palliative care and raising a family.
Having felt called to be a minister since she was confirmed at age 11, Barbara was able to take up the opportunity to commence training through the Newcastle School of Theology, a program run by the diocese to enable committed lay people to minister in their own parishes. She was ordained as a deacon and then priest in 2010.
Barbara continues to work in palliative care while parenting four children aged from early teens to mid-twenties.
You can contact Bryce or Barbara via email or through the church office on (02) 4968 4632.
